Access and use of Top Cryptocurrency Signals (TCCSA) Webinar services & Consultations ("TCCSA Webinars & Consultations") are subject to agree by you (referred to as "You" or "the User") of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using any TCCSA Webinar or Consultation Services. TCCSA Trade Webinars & Consultations are provided by TCCSA for education purposes only they are not financial advice.

By accessing or viewing the TCCSA Webinars or Consultations, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be so bound, you may not access or view the Webinars & Consultations. As subjects covered in these Webinars can change daily, all information is current as of its first appearance in a Webinar or when last modified.

The terms and conditions set forth herein may be modified, at any time, and any such modification shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified terms and conditions.


DEFINITIONS
Registered Users : Individuals who have registered on the website through a specific form, providing the required information.

Webinars : Presentations, lectures, that are transmitted over the Web using video conferencing software.
The Speaker : The individual(s) presenting the webinar or consultation and providing the content and documents. The Speaker can be a TCCSA employee or a third party partner.

Third party partners/speakers : Experts who present their knowledge of a topic presented in a Webinar and are not employed by TCCSA.

The Organizer : The entity organizing a webinar. This can be TCCSA or its subsidiaries


GENERAL TERMS
The content of the webinars and this website is for informational purposes only and does represent any financial advice of any kind.

The User may use any information or materials available at his/her own risk. TCCSA is not responsible of the content and in any case shall liable for the accuracy of information given when providing Webinars or Consultations.

There may be links to other websites not operated by TCCSA. However, it does not mean that TCCSA is endorsing the content of those other party websites or their products/services as such they shall liable for the accuracy of information.

TCCSA reserves the right to make some or all of the webinars & consultations restricted to visitors or registered users based on criteria stated in these T&C at any time.


REGISTRATION
By registering for a webinar or consultation, consent is given for application details to be provided to TCCSA or any software used to host & run the webinar & consultation. Personal data or any data collected in the registration shall not be considered private.

Registration for any TCCSA Webinar or Consultation will not be considered complete until registration confirmed by TCCSA. IF YOU ARE VIEWING A WEBINAR NOT REGISTERED TO YOU, YOUR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS PERMITS TCCSA TO SEEK IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION.

TCCSA is not responsible for typographic errors. TCCSA is not responsible for User’s computer or software failure during the Webinar or Consultation.


PARTICIPATION
Attendance at a Webinar are free (not Consultations) and for the use of the registered User only. Registration information should not be forwarded to any one; doing so may hinder your own access, as webinar or consultations entry are by prior registration only. Responsibility for the confidentiality and security of Webinar or Consultation registration information and event materials issued by the platform lies with the registrant.

The virtual event of a Webinar facility includes a feature that allows audio/video, any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded by TCCSA only. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. Consultations shall not be recorded neithier by TCCSA or the Registered User. A FAILURE FROM THE REGISTERED USER TO COMPLY TO THE NON RECORDING OF A CONSULTATION PERMITS TCCSA TO SEEK IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION.

You agree to comply with the rules of conduct of the Webinars or Consultations where you inscribe and, in case, to be responsible for any comment, opinion, information, documentation or any other content that you provide to the Webinar or Consultation.

The user assumes the responsibility of the use of the Webinars. In this regard, the user assumes and understand that the participation or interchange of information in the Webinars or Consultations shall imply to respect the following rules :

1. By the fact of adding any data, commentary or information, the participant assumes that it will be shared with the rest of the users (if applicable).

2. The user will try to add value to their comments, facilitating contrast information and perspectives. In this regard, the information and data to be incorporated must be truthful and update. The contributions should present real and concrete data, and a consistent argumentation. Quotes or the reproduction of small fragments of texts, books or works will be permitted, provided that the source and author’s name is indicated.
 
3. Some Webinars constitute a forum for an exchange of views or for the constructive debate, but it is not the appropriate forum to create controversy.

4. The contributions will be deleted, without the right to reply when:
    i. They are considered disrespectful, threatening, unfunded, slanderous, inappropriate, ethical or socially discriminatory or occupationally reprehensible or which in any way, can cause material or non-material damages to the organization, its employees, partners or a third person.
    ii. They configure any act or omission contrary to the laws and/or conditions of use, the rest of policies and conditions that regulate the access and use of the webinars
   iii. They contain any recommendation regarding the securities markets, inside information or promotional material or advertising, personal or on behalf of third parties, whether natural or legal persons.
   iv. They are redundant.
    v. They manifest sectarian opinions, configured policy or social, religious or xenophobic propaganda.
   vi. They are not related to the proposed services or the themes of the relevant Webinar.
  vii. They are contrary to a law, morals, good faith and public order or contain any computer virus or similar software routine, capable of violating rights of industrial, intellectual, images or other property rights of third parties.

5. In any case, TCCSA will not be responsible for the opinions, comments, criticisms or statements expressed by users through the relevant Webinars or Consultations.


COMPUTER CONFIGURATION AND SOFTWARE ISSUES
Web-event participation may require you to configure your settings (audio/video firewalls) on your web-device and computer upon first use, or require you to download software for your operating system. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.
TCCSA is not responsible for Users who fail to download the appropriate software and/or verify their computer configuration or rich media players before the webinar begins. Failure to do so and inability to view the webinar is not the responsibility of TCCSA.


OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
TCCSA Webinars & Consultations contain content which includes without limitation images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, sounds, text, data and other materials displayed or available on the TCCSA Webinar or Consultation (the "Content") that is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and/or other proprietary rights of TCCSA and third-party content providers (all parties, including TCCSA are singly and collectively the "Providers"). You agree to comply with any and all restrictions regarding use of the Content.

TCCSA and its subsidiaries are not the responsible for the content of the webinars & consultations provided bt TCCSA and/or by third parties, thus they shall not be liable for the accuracy, veracity, legality of the information, documentation, opinions or any other content provided by the Speaker or included in the Webinars or Consultations.
